Goal-setting is nothing if we do not act in consistency with achieving them. This can take practice. I took on the #Flex45 challenge and for 45 days in a row, I will be taking on 7 minimal tasks, that need to be carried out in order to stick to a schedule. In today's world, it is very easy to slip up. And with a 'busy life', we often lose the discipline and focus on our own goals.
