Day One - It's all about Mindset!

 My Fit N Chill journey began some years ago, when I began to work on my weight loss.

I had become bloated and weighed at least 15 kg more than my desired weight.  I was also on a whole load of toxic patterns, become involved in a number of toxic situations that were no longer serving me.

It took a few years to actually have the courage to realise the toxicity which was affecting my health. And ultimately, my wellness. I was in an awful state all-round.

A painful break up triggered work on my mindset. It was not some namby-pamby journey but true self-development.  I did work on Mindvalley and with Jackey Backman, two powerful resources that helped me push through, not only grief, but the release of what no longer served me.  Months later, I left a job that was mostly causing me grief - and refashioned what was left into friendship.

All the while, I used all the skills I had - and all that was available to me online - to be able to move forward.  I even attended several sessions with The Maltese Mystic Yogi to enhance my awareness of myself, the spiritual onness around me.

A healthy mindset is all!

I have to say, I also lost weight, a good amount, so that I am now close to my target.  Ok, I gained some, but I will work on that too. Because, in the process of shedding what no longer served me, I also shed weight.

Because, how you do anything is how you do everything, right?

Roll on today, I want to help others to do the same and I am mulling on the proper launch of a secondary line of valuable time being spent to help others. And obviously, generating a side income for myself, and for others, if that is one of the side benefits. Because, why not ?
