The #Flex45 challenge

Goal-setting is nothing if we do not act in consistency with achieving them. This can take practice. I took on the #Flex45 challenge and for 45 days in a row, I will be taking on 7 minimal tasks, that need to be carried out in order to stick to a schedule.

In today's world, it is very easy to slip up. And with a 'busy life', we often lose the discipline and focus on our own goals.

There's a lighter version, #Flex45Lite, if you want to give yourself some leeway. That's up to you. But to be a professional, you need to be consistent.

Day One - It's all about Mindset!

 My Fit N Chill journey began some years ago, when I began to work on my weight loss. I had become bloated and weighed at least 15 kg more than my desired weight.  I was also on a whole load of toxic patterns, become involved in a number of toxic situations that were no longer serving me. It took a few years to actually have the courage to realise the toxicity which was affecting my health. And ultimately, my wellness. I was in an awful state all-round.
